Shipping policy
Return Shipping
Please , we have highly recommends that choose a shipping service that permits you to trace it at any time. Be sure that the type of shipping you choose guarantees the delivery of the parcel within the time frame of 30 days from the date on which your shipping back return .
1.All returns will be refunded via Credit Cards Company
2.You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
3.Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
4.Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
5.All items with prices ending in $ .00, .96, .97, and .98 are considered 6.Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
7.Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
8.Flamantino is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
9.If we shipped you a defective or damaged item
You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its tracking number as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it.
10.Remarks on Returns and Exchange:
- If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5/7 days of receipt the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
- Once you receive Return address, you must then ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
- Please well packaged the returned goods, we are not responsible for returned shipping damages. Also you should inform us a traceable tracking number for the returned parcels.

After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card or PAYPAL ), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:
purchase by Credit/Debit Cardor and Paypal : refund time will depend on the credit card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore you will not lose bank interest; therefore you will not suffer any interest loss.
Identification Tag
All products sold by the Vendor include an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
