Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Shipping policy
We usually ship within 48 hours of payment. All items with Free Shipping are usually shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex (our choice).
Return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning anything.
Defective Returns: We will refund or replace any defective product including shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Unwanted Returns: We charge a 10% restocking fee for any item returned that is not defective. Initial shipping and return shipping are not refunded.
