Shipping policy
We are sellers located in Arizona, USA and ship same day or next business day at the latest in most cases to verified USA addresses. On free shipping orders most customers will receive their shipment within 4 days (the further away you are from our shipping origination point, Arizona, the longer the shipment will take to arrive obviously), via USPS First Class regular mail. This is the most economical shipping method and allows us to offer free shipping on many items, however there is no tracking available using this shipping option. If you are ordering an item that is offered with free shipping and you would prefer to have a tracking number please select the $4.75 standard shipping option (USPS First Class Package Service) during checkout.
Using the free shipping option please do not message us to inquire about shipping updates or tracking info, as once we put your order in the mail it is beyond our control. Please allow 10 calendar days before contacting us if the shipment has not yet arrived. If the item is not received by then contact us and we will promptly refund or reship a replacement.
PLEASE DO NOT issue negative feedback or initiate a charge-back refund without contacting us first and giving us a chance to make it right! We will fix it!
