Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns, and any applicable shipping charges will be deducted. Please contact us to get a return shipping label. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned. Beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
