PAYMENT BY MAIL include Your Name/Shipping Address ITEM TRANSACTION NUMBER/description of purchase, if you do not provide this information your transaction will be delayed/returned. Insurance is INCLUDED IN “OTHER” SHIPPING CHARGES. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS if insurance is not purchased. Everything is new & inspected before being shipped USPS in bubble pack mailers. We Ship to the PayPal Address Only. Will combine shipping.

Back Orders:
Orders are shipped promptly; however, due to the nature of the special products we offer, we sometimes experience temporary out-of- stock situations (Back Orders). We will inform you of the Back Order and projected availability date as soon as possible. You have the option of waiting for the item or receiving a refund. If you paid with a credit card, your card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsAll returns must be made within 7 days of the item’s receipt. Please include ITEM NUMBERS & your name & mailing address with your return. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. We do not pay for shipping back to us or return the shipping fees you paid. All returned items must be in resell able condition. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the item is not as described all other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All refunds will be completed within 14 days of the receipt of item.
SHIPPING is NON-REFUNDABLE
No refunds will be given simply because the item color does not match the color on your PC monitor or because dimensions slightly differ than advertised.
