Juliet’s Treasures is committed to going the extra mile for our customers and getting your purchase to you quickly. We often ship within 1 business day, and will be happy to accommodate most requests. You can shop for any occasion at the last minute with confidence!
Although I am always willing to work with buyers, returns are for misrepresentation only. Not buyer’s remorse. I do not give refunds if an item arrives damaged or gets lost in the mail. That’s what insurance is for. Insurance is included in the cost and all items are insured. Please read the item description, including measurements. Sizes are not universal, and vintage items are often smaller than today’s sizes. While I’ll be happy to give a refund if an item doesn’t fit, the buyer will have to pay for both return shipping and have shipping deducted from the refund cost.
