Booth overview
Located in downtown Kutztown since 2012, Firefly Bookstore is an independently-owned and operated new and used bookstore. Re-located in a bigger store in 2017, we now have almost 3000 square feet of space for over 65,000 items. We carry a great selection of titles including large sections of children’s books, general fiction, sci-fi, mystery and thrillers, religion & metaphysics, cooking, history and biography. We have a selection of antiquarian titles and fine bindings. We also carry board games and puzzles (both new and used), toys, buttons, magnets, small gifts, note cards and calendars.

Shipping policy
We ship most orders within 1-3 business days. All orders ship via United States Postal Service. If you wish to use another shipping service, please contact us.
Due to shifting shipping rates, we have established flat rate pricing based on average shipping weight. Items that are lighter (ship at less than 3lbs) or can be shipped Media Mail may qualify for reduced shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions or would prefer a shipping quote.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please give us a chance to make it right. Contact us by e-mail: orders@fireflybookstore.com.
You may return most items within 21 days for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible, and must be in “as received” condition.
If you need to return an item, simply wrap the item in its original packaging, along with a brief note explaining the situation and ship it back to us. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will confirm your refund via e-mail. You can expect a refund via the payment method originally used for your purchase.
Sometimes items just don’t make it to their destination, or they arrive damaged. If this happens to your package, please contact us by e-mail: orders@fireflybookstore.com. We will either refund your full purchase price (including shipping) or send a replacement if one is available. If they arrive damaged, we may need to see photos of the packaging and the items in question.
Miscellaneous details
We completely examine all material before listing. Games should be complete, unless otherwise noted (usually something minor like a single missing token that will not affect gameplay). We generally only sell puzzles that are still sealed or shrink-wrapped so we are confident they are complete. Books may have damage or markings that we will note in the description.
