I am a single mom who makes scented candles by hand in her spare time (as also have a full time job). Each candle scent and color tell a story. I have made each scent mixture via premium fragrance oils. Also, I have candles with hemp and cotton wicks, along with soy wax and suave wax. Please be sure to review candle details at purchase to ensure you have the wax and wick type you prefer. The very first candles I made are a decorative collection of scents and colors. These candles are a bit pricier and I consider them to be a form of artistic expression. However, the artistic candles do not list scent specifics since they vary often throughout the burn. Things to know: Hemp wicks tend to produce darker burn… Suave wax can burn dark than soy but can be avoided if you maintain your wicks by keeping them appropriately trimmed…. 100% Soy wax with cotton wicks has a clean burn, while suave wax with cotton wicks will provide a stronger scent experience. For myself it is not only about scent, but beauty of home that each candle represents. You will see candles sometimes that are named for a person. These are names of people of have had significant impact in my life, and the scents associated are an expression on how I visualize this impact. As I build my site and products, I ask for patience. Since I make each candle by hand and often in the late hours of night there will often be only 1-3 of each type, and not all scents come in all sizes. That said, if there is one that you really like, just keep in mind that when it is gone, it is gone. I can always recreate, all my recipes are saved. However, one thing that is not abundant is the time to create. This is why at this time I will not make candles upon request. However, the only constant is change, and this may change too.
