Seller Spotlight: Lolly Palooza

Happy New Year everyone! We're excited to kick off 2023 with a new edition of Seller Spotlight. With so many unique items for sale on Bonanza, we created this series to highlight some of our entrepreneurs!

 

I'd like to introduce you to Lolly!  Lolly opened her booth, Lolly Palooza. and Webstore on Bonanza in June of 2020 and drives much of her own traffic through her social media presence. I was able to ask her about her success here and am pleased to share her wisdom with you.

"I began uploading craft tutorials in November 2015, out of a desire to share my projects with other people.  I didn't decide until later to start selling some of the products that I used in my videos."

"Focus on one type of product at first, and stay ahead of the trends to know what is popular.  Research how much you will pay in fees as a seller, so that you know which products will work best in your shop.  For instance, if you pay a per-transaction fee in addition to sale price percentage fee, then selling small items will not be profitable."

"Since I started with a YouTube channel, I was able to use that as a source to funnel customers to my shop.  I also started crafting groups on Facebook, where I can share my new shop items, sales, etc."
